Select the Assign line key here by using the directional arrow buttons and then selecting ok in the middle of them.

Seclect Assign line key here

Use the numerical buttons here to type in this prefix. Once you've done so it will show the directory contact below.

After hitting the ok button after you've selected this account then it will be displayed at the main screen.

If you come into a situation where you need to remove a previously assigned line key then just press and hold the side white buttons here shown in the screen.
